I have some VERY cool news. I was contacted by Doc Wesson - host of The Gun Nation Podcast a few weeks ago. (This is one of my favorite gun related podcasts mixing Doc's southern wisdom, his knowledge and experience with a variety of shooting, the Average Joe Handgun Review segments, and his scientific background.) It seems that Doc has always wanted to add a Postal Match to his offerings, and he has graciously asked if I would do this for him. How could I refuse? Being affiliated with Doc and his podcast will certainly increase our exposure and shooting draw. A bigger audience may also give us an opportunity to offer prizes and such. More to come. I am looking forward to a long relationship.
GrayNow on to the match for this month. Recent matches have had fun themes and I hope all have enjoyed them. This month it's back to basics of accuracy, trigger control, sight picture and steady hands. We are going to work both of your hands, together and separately - and at a couple of distances.
